In simple words an employee attitude survey is a tool which is adopted and used by employers to estimate the perception of employee regarding the working environment or the company. Understanding the mindset of the employee and the team is one of the important qualities of being a leader. Few aspects included in an employee attitude surveys are. Attitude Surveys; Ranking Scale Surveys. Ranking scales (often referred to as Likert scales) are very common on surveys. Basically, a statement is presented, then the student can respond on a scale that indicates how much (or little) they agree with the statement (see Figure 2).
